These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lumismetric (the "Service"), operated by Lumismetric ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Lumismetric provides automated technical SEO audits, AI-generated marketing diagnostics, competitor and keyword intelligence, and Google Ads campaign planning tools. Some features generate content or recommendations using third-party AI models, these are decision-support outputs, not guaranteed results, and should be reviewed before acting on them, particularly before launching paid advertising.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be legally authorized to submit any website you audit and to connect any Google Account you link to the Service.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed through our payment processors (LemonSqueezy or NowPayments). Fees are described at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may change pricing with advance notice to active subscribers.
4. Connecting Google Accounts
Connecting Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Ads is optional and can be disconnected at any time from your dashboard. You are responsible for having proper authorization to grant Lumismetric access to any Google account you connect, including accounts belonging to a client or employer. Our use of data obtained through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to audit or connect accounts you're not authorized to access, to attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls, or to use generated content in a way that violates Google Ads policies or applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the Service itself. You retain ownership of your own website content and data; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated recommendations, keyword estimates, and campaign plans may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be independently verified before you rely on them, especially before spending advertising budget. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumismetric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost advertising spend or lost revenue, arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
